REAL ESTATE WEB DESIGN Outer Banks

Your MLS feed isn't a website.

A lot of agents assume the brokerage IDX plugin is good enough. It shows listings. It does not build your name, tell your story, or rank for the town you actually work. That is a website's job.

The reality

Buyers and sellers research the agent, not just the listings. If your online presence is a generic brokerage subpage, you look interchangeable with every other agent on the same platform.

What it takes

What an agent site actually needs.

A brand that is yours

Your name and reputation front and center, not the brokerage template.

Listings that work

Clean IDX or MLS integration, without the site being nothing but the feed.

Local SEO

Rank for your town and your niche, not lost in a national platform.

Clear ways to reach you

So a ready buyer or seller never has to hunt for how to get in touch.

Why me

Built to make you the name people remember.

I build sites that establish an individual agent in a specific OBX market, so you rank and get remembered for the town and the kind of property you actually sell, not buried in a brokerage directory.

Common questions

Agent sites, answered.

Can you pull in MLS or IDX listings?

Yes. We can integrate an IDX or MLS feed so listings stay current automatically, while the rest of the site does the work the feed cannot: telling your story, showing your track record, and ranking for your market.

My brokerage gives me a page already. Why pay for my own?

Because that page belongs to the brokerage and looks like every other agent on it. Your own site builds your name and your ranking, and it goes with you if you ever change firms. It is an asset you own.

Will it rank for my specific area?

Built right, yes. We target the town and the kind of property you specialize in, soundfront in Duck, 4x4 in Carova, whatever your lane is, instead of competing on generic terms against national portals.

Do I own the site if I switch brokerages?

Yes. Paid in full, the site is yours, design, content, and domain. Change firms and it comes with you. That is the difference between owning a site and renting a brokerage subpage.

Service area

Built for your town, Corolla to Hatteras.

Every town up and down the beach searches a little differently. I build so you rank in the one that matters to you.
